Welcome to SAVVY MONARCH. This Shipping Policy explains how we get your order to you, what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way. We've written it in plain language so there are no surprises between the moment you click "Buy" and the moment your parcel lands on your doorstep.

1. Where We Ship

SAVVY MONARCH currently ships to customers in the following regions, based on our active shipping zones:

  • United Kingdom — Our home market, where the vast majority of our customers are based.

2. Shipping Rates

We keep our shipping structure simple: a single Express shipping method is available at checkout across all our supported zones.

  • Standard Express rate: £4.95 GBP, charged at checkout for most orders.
  • Free Express shipping: many orders qualify for free shipping. Eligibility is calculated ( ORDER OVER £75 ) automatically at checkout based on your cart, so the exact rate you'll pay — £4.95 or £0.00 — will always be shown clearly before you complete your purchase. There's never a hidden or surprise shipping charge added after checkout.

Because we run a single flat-rate Express method rather than multiple tiers (economy, standard, expedited, etc.), you won't need to choose between competing shipping speeds — Express is our standard offering to every customer, everywhere we ship.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Once you place an order, our team begin preparing it right away. Please allow:

  • 1–3 business days for order processing and verification before your item is handed off to a carrier.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During high-demand periods — such as seasonal sales, promotional events, or holidays — processing times may run slightly longer than usual. If that happens, we'll do our best to communicate any delays clearly, either via email or on our site.

Please double-check your shipping address, size, and colour selections before completing checkout. 

4. Estimated Delivery Times

After processing, delivery times vary depending on your destination. As general guidance:

  • United Kingdom: typically 3–8 business days from dispatch.
  • European Union: typically 5–14 business days from dispatch
  • United States: typically 5–14 business days from dispatch
  • International (all other supported destinations): typically 5–14 business days from dispatch, depending on customs processing and local delivery infrastructure in the destination country.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, local courier capacity, weather events, public holidays in the destination country, and other logistics factors outside of our direct control. If your order is taking noticeably longer than the estimate above, please get in touch and we'll look into it for you.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey from our fulfilment centre to your door.

Please note that tracking updates can sometimes take 24–72 hours to first appear in the system after a label is generated, particularly for international shipments that cross between multiple carrier networks. If your tracking number shows no movement immediately after you receive it, this is normal check back in a day or two before contacting us.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For all orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are entirely separate from our shipping rates  SAVVY MONARCH has no control over their amount and does not receive any portion of them.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your country's customs office prior to ordering if you want to understand what charges may apply. Refusal to pay customs charges, resulting in a parcel being returned to us, may incur additional restocking or return shipping deductions from any refund issued.

7. Address Accuracy

We ship exactly to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure your delivery address, postcode, apartment/unit number, and contact details are complete and correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address supplied by the customer, we may charge a reshipment fee to send it out again, or offer a refund minus original shipping costs.

If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to update it before the order is processed, though we can't guarantee changes once fulfilment has begun.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

We take the safe delivery of your order seriously. If your parcel is lost in transit, significantly delayed beyond the estimated windows above, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number and, where possible, photos of any damage. We'll investigate with the relevant carrier and work with you toward a resolution — whether that's a replacement, a reshipment, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

To help us resolve issues quickly, we recommend reaching out within 30 days of your expected delivery date for lost or delayed parcels, and within 3 days of delivery for any damage claims.

9. Multiple Items and Split Shipments

If you order multiple items in a single purchase, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels, potentially on different days, depending on how our fulfilment network processes each item. This does not mean anything has gone wrong with your order — you'll still receive tracking information for each shipment as it goes out. If you're missing part of your order and haven't received a second tracking notification within the expected delivery window, please get in touch.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

Because many items begin processing shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a limited window, generally within a few hours of purchase, before the order enters fulfilment. If you need to change your size, colour, shipping address, or cancel entirely, please contact us as quickly as possible after ordering. Once an order has been marked as processing or shipped, we may not be able to make changes, though our standard returns process will still apply.

11. Shipping to PO Boxes and Freight Forwarders

Some of our shipping partners may have restrictions on delivering to PO Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or freight-forwarding addresses, depending on destination and carrier. If you're uncertain whether your address type is supported, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our shipping zones, rates, carriers, or processing timelines. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically, especially before placing an order if a significant amount of time has passed since your last purchase with us.

13. Packaging and Sustainability

Every SAVVY MONARCH order is packed with care to make sure your garments arrive in the same condition they left our fulfilment centre. We aim to use appropriately sized packaging to minimise waste while still giving your items enough protection for the journey — particularly important for international shipments, which can pass through several hands before reaching you. Where possible, we favour recyclable and reusable packaging materials, and we're continually looking at ways to reduce our environmental footprint across our fulfilment and shipping process.

14. Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer expedited or next-day shipping? At this time, Express is our only shipping method, and it is available to every supported destination. We don't currently offer a separate premium or next-day tier — Express represents our standard commitment to processing and shipping your order promptly.

Why does my shipping cost show as £0.00? Many orders automatically qualify for free Express shipping based on your cart. This is calculated at checkout, so you'll always see the applicable rate — free or £4.95 — clearly before you pay. No code or manual action is required on your part.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping? Each order placed separately is processed and shipped independently, so combining orders after the fact usually isn't possible once they've been submitted. If you're planning multiple purchases, placing them together in a single cart before checkout is the best way to ensure they're handled as one shipment where possible.

My tracking number isn't updating. Should I be worried? Not necessarily. It's common for tracking data to lag behind the physical movement of a parcel, especially for international orders that transfer between multiple postal or courier networks. Give it a few days before reaching out — if there's still no movement after that, we're happy to look into it with you.

What happens if I refuse a parcel or it's returned as undeliverable? If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we'll get in touch to arrange either a reshipment (which may involve an additional shipping charge) or a refund, minus the original outbound shipping cost, depending on the circumstances.

Do prices include VAT or sales tax? Product prices are displayed in GBP and reflect our UK-based store currency. Depending on your destination, local VAT, sales tax, or import duties may apply separately and are not included in the shipping rate shown at checkout — see Section 6 above for more detail on customs and import charges.

What if I ordered the wrong size or colour? If you catch the mistake shortly after ordering, contact us immediately — we may be able to adjust it before processing begins. If the order has already shipped, our standard returns and exchanges process (detailed separately in our Returns Policy) will apply instead.

15. Force Majeure and Exceptional Circumstances

On rare occasions, shipping timelines can be affected by events outside anyone's reasonable control — including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, customs backlogs, strikes, public health emergencies, or significant disruptions to international freight and postal networks. In such cases, the estimated delivery windows described in Section 4 may no longer apply, and we will communicate any known delays as soon as we're aware of them. While we can't guarantee delivery timelines during such events, we remain committed to keeping you informed and resolving any issues that arise as quickly as circumstances allow.

16. Your Rights

Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country or region, including rights relating to non-delivery, misrepresentation of delivery times, or defective goods. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which are available on our website.
